How The Shop Works
New work is available on a periodic basis in the form of a web drop. Since pieces are produced by hand and in small batches, stock is always limited and it tends to go quickly. Sign up for the newsletter and follow on Instagram to be notified of new drops.
Each piece is entirely handmade using stoneware clay and food-safe glazes. Due to the nature of the process, no two pieces are exactly the same and some variation in color and size are to be expected. These differences are celebrated rather than viewed as a defect. Learn my about my process here.
Use and Care
Pieces intended for food and drink are microwave and dishwasher safe. Work made with speckled clay bodies may become smoother with frequent dishwashing. Hand washing, however, is recommended and will ensure longevity so that you can use your functional pieces for years to come.
In-stock pieces are shipped from Richmond, VA within 7 business days via UPS. During the holiday season, please allow extra time for shipment. If you are located in Richmond, select local pickup at check out to avoid shipping fees. I will reach out to coordinate pick up at my studio.
In order to create a seamless shopping experience for international customers, I've set up a flat rate fee of $50 USD. If your shipment does not equal or exceed this amount, I will refund overages at the time of shipment. If your shipment is significantly more, I will reach out to collect additional shipping fees. Please note that any custom fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Best efforts are made to ship each piece with adequate protection so that they arrive in tact. However, the journey from my studio to your home is a bumpy one. If your piece arrives broken, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Our best efforts are made to accurately represent pieces in the web shop through photography and product details. If you are not satisfied with your piece upon receipt, please reach out to email@example.com to discuss.
